The UPCC sponsors several annual events, hosts two General Meetings and has other special events during the year. All UPCC sponsored events are free to all residents of University Park.
UPCC General Meetings
Spring 2026 General Meeting (All residents welcome and encouraged to attend)
WHEN: Wednesday, April 15, 2026 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
WHERE: University Park Elementary School Auditiorium (2300 S St Paul St, Denver, CO 80210
AGENDA:
- Neighborhood Safety Update
- Forestry and CPD will present on Denver Resilient Landscapes and water wise landscaping.
- A Representative from Xcel Energy will present on renewing their franchise agreement with the City of Denver and answer any questions residents might have
- Councilman Paul Kashmann will be present to discuss distrcit 6 updates and concerns.
- Learn How to Get Involved with the UPCC and about our upcoming event schedule.
UPCC Annual Events
- 4th of July Parade & Celebration on Warren Ave
- Food Truck Nights – June 18, July 16, August 20, 2026
- Neighborhood Yard Sale – July 10, 2026 – July 11, 2026 (8 a.m. – 3 p.m. each day)
- Sing and Sleigh Bells – December 6, 2026 from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m.
Volunteers Needed
These events are only possible because of the volunteers that make them happen. We are always in need of a helping hand either before the event of the day of the event.
