Participation is FREE! The University Park Neighborhood Yard Sale is a great way to clear out old belongings and get to know your community better. Thanks to the University Park Community Council (UPCC), you will reap the benefits of hosting a yard sale without the added work of marketing yourself. The UPCC will provide signage throughout the neighborhood and create a map of participating homes that will be available the week of the sale.
